I am very happy to announce the release of a new album, Awakenings: The Best of David Nevue (2001-2010) (see artwork at right)! This "best of" album is a compilation of 18 best selling songs from my albums Postcards from Germany (Release in 2001), Sweet Dreams & Starlight (2003), Overcome (2005), Adoration: Solo Piano Hymns (2007) and Revelation: Solo Piano for Prayer & Worship (2009). It's a real nice overview of the last ten years of releases, featuring my most popular works. It makes a great gift, and is a fantastic way to introduce my music to others. If you have my Whisperings: Best of 1985-2000 album, Awakenings is basically a sequel to that, a Volume 2, if you will, that covers this last decade of music.

Upcoming Concerts... (CA, WI, IA, MN) 
I've got two great shows coming up in Southern California this month, plus I'm organizing a tour of WI, AI and MN. Here are the details...

Los Angeles, CA: Saturday, Jan. 21st, 7:00 PM. 
I'm playing a house concert for "Mozart & Company" in an elegant private home in Bel Air. Tickets are $75, and include the concert, plus a champagne/dessert reception. Contact Janet at colburnjanet@sbcglobal.net if you're interested in attending this one.  

Santa Monica, CA: Sunday, Jan. 22nd, 2:00 PM.
I'm playing a Whisperings piano concert with fellow pianists Roth Herrlinger and Amy Janelle at Keyboard Concepts in Santa Monica! This is a great lineup! March Tour to Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin!
I am planning a short concert tour of IA, MN and WI at the end of March. I have a few tentative dates, but none that I can quite announce 100% yet. I am looking for MORE concert dates to help me with my travel expenses along the way. If you live in IA, MN or WI, how would you like to have me come and play a concert in your home, school, church or other venue? I'll come and play for you, right in your own living room on your own piano... or, if you're involved in a local church fellowship, I'd love to come and play for your church family, or your school or college or most anywhere else. I'm sure your first question is... how much does it cost to have me come play for you? For most concerts, I try and get $500 for a performance if I can to help me cover my travel expenses. If that's just not doable for you, talk to me anyway. We may be able to work something out, especially if you are flexible on the date. If the concert is for your church, a ministry, or fund raiser event, we can find a way. All things are possible!
